I am registered with the BACP - British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists and my BACP membership number is 00917164.
I adhere to the BACP ethical framework, for example, I am committed to providing counselling that follows the principles of respecting clients' autonomy, being non judgemental, ensuring that clients feel safe, and empowering clients to be their true, unique selves.
I am an integrative counsellor using 2 counselling approaches: -
Person-centred counselling, which means that the therapy is centred around you as the client to enable you to connect with your unique inner values and self-worth to be your unique self.
Psychodynamic counselling, which means that the therapy is around bringing your unconscious feelings, conflicts and processes to your consciousness to become more self-aware.
My counselling therapy at the Body and Mind Centre in Brixton, offer a safe, comfortable, non judgmental space for you to talk about and reflect on any concerns or issues that are affecting your thoughts and feelings, which may be to do with difficulties around: -
