Using my person-centred approach, the sessions are centred around you and what you are going through so that you feel supported to reconnect with your own self worth, with the aim of moving you forward in your life.
Using my psychodynamic approach, I can help link your past experiences to your present feelings so that you can gain a better sense of how you relate to others.
I am registered counsellor in London, with the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP membership no 00917164) and I adhere to their ethical framework, for example, I am committed to providing counselling that follows the principles of respecting clients' autonomy, being non judgemental, ensuring that clients feel safe, and empowering clients to be their true, unique selves.
I offer individual counselling therapy for adults (18+) in the Brixton area of London, on an open-ended basis, with the aim of enabling you to enhance your life and to live it more fully.
My counselling practice is located at the Body and Mind Centre, 162 Acre Lane, London SW2 5UL, a 5 minute walk from Brixton tube station.
